Shipping and Payment
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- In stock – The product is available at our warehouse in Bocanovice and will be shipped within 48 hours on business days.
- Availability shown in days/weeks – The product is not available at the main warehouse and has been ordered or is being produced by the manufacturer.
- Date availability (specific date) – The product is currently being manufactured, and the date indicates the expected delivery time.
SHIPPING
We always strive to find the most affordable shipping option for you while maintaining the expected quality.
Shipping is chosen individually based on available options, the business partner's country, or mutual agreement. The shipping cost is dynamically calculated based on the number of packages (weight and dimensions) in the shopping cart (for example, a children's bed may consist of two or more packages).
After submitting your order, you will receive a final invoice with all payment details, including information about the selected carrier and the shipping cost. Payment by bank transfer will then be possible.
What happens after you place an order:
- Immediately after placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email (if you do not receive it, please check the "bulk mail" or "spam" folder).
- You will then receive the final invoice with all payment details, including the shipping cost information. After that, payment by bank transfer will be possible.
- Based on product availability, your order will be prepared. In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours on business days.
- Once the product is shipped (accepted by the carrier), you will receive a shipment notification via email.
- On the day of shipment, or at the latest on the day of delivery, you will receive the invoice in electronic form via email.
WARRANTY
All products come with a standard warranty in accordance with the current provisions of the Commercial Code.
